Terminal Rental Program
Student Business Services has (6) Clover wireless terminals to rent to departments that may not have a need for long term use. The terminals are both cellular and Wi-Fi enabled. Wi-Fi can be used on and off campus if cellular reception is inadequate. Departments must complete a new rental agreement each time a terminal is rented. Please send the signed and dated agreement to sbs-ecommerce@txstate.edu or bring with you when picking up the terminal.
Each individual using the terminals to accept payment must complete a short training PRIOR to using the terminals.

The daily rate plus interchange fees will be billed to the department monthly. The daily rental rate is as follows:

Credit Card Supplies
All terminals use thermal paper. Paper size: 2.25"W x 50'L. It is cheapest and easiest to purchase your paper through Staples through your department admins. Rolls can be purchase in a 9 pack or a carton of 50.
