Financial Aid Refunds
Spring 2012 Financial Aid Refund Processing Schedule
Financial Aid refunds will begin processing on Monday, January 9th. Refunds will be processed on Monday and Thursday of each week unless otherwise noted:
Monday, 1/09/2012 First group of Spring 2012 financial aid refunds to begin processing.
Monday, 1/16/2012 SBS Closed - No refund processing due to MLK holiday.
Thursday, 3/08/2012 Final financial aid refund process before Spring Break.
Monday, 3/19/2012 Financial aid refunds resume regular processing.
Monday, 5/28/2012 SBS Closed - No refund processing due to Memorial Day holiday.
**Athletic housing checks will run monthly on a separate schedule.**
We anticipate direct deposits(eRefunds) to be sent to the bank on the evening of the processing date. Funds are usually available in your bank within 24 to 48 hours depending on your individual institution. Refunds by check require additional processing time and will be mailed by the afternoon of the next business day.

Fall 2011 Financial Aid Refund Processing Schedule
Financial Aid refunds will begin processing on Monday, August 15th. Refunds will be processed on Monday and Thursday of each week unless otherwise noted below:
Monday, 08/15/2011 First group of Fall 2011 Financial Aid refunds to begin processing.
Monday, 09/05/2011 SBS Closed – No refund processing due to Labor Day Holiday.
Financial Aid refunds will process on Tuesday, 09/06/2011
Thursday, 11/24/2011 SBS Closed – No refund processing due to Thanksgiving Holiday
Thursday, 12/15/2011 FINAL Financial Aid refund process of the Fall 2011 semester.
